每天刷微博、微信，总难免看到一些不想看到的动态，比如刷屏的微商、比如秀恩爱的前男（女）友……“取关”当然是难免的，那么“取关”用英语怎么说？真的不是"delete”！

1 取关

follow是关注，所以unfollow就是取消关注。

You can choose to unfollow him.你可以选择取关他。

2 删除好友

unfriend表示“删除好友”，将某人从社交平台（如Wechat）的‘好友’中删除。unfriend还曾当选为牛津词典2009年的年度词汇。

Oxford ['ɒksfəd] defines "unfriend" a verb,thusly: "To remove someone as a 'friend' on a social networking site such as Facebook."牛津词典将「unfriend」这个动词定义为：在如「脸书」等社交网站上，将某人的「朋友」身份删除。

I'll unfriend my ex-boyfriend on Wechat.

我要在微信上删除前男友。



3 点赞

关于点赞，微信、微博和twitter上的点赞都翻译成了“like”,这里的like即可作为动词，亦可作为名词。因此，我们就可以将“给某人点赞”翻译成“give sb a like”。

They felt validated when they got a lot of likes and comments, but they were also more likely to feel bad and disappointed when the reaction wasn't what they had expected.当她们获得一大堆点赞和评论的时候，会觉得证实了自己的价值，但是当大家的反应没有达到她们所希望的那样，她们也更有可能觉得难过、失望。



当然，除了like之外，再为大家拓展一个生动形象的词“thumbs-up”[ˌθʌmz'ʌp] 。从字面上不难看出，该词的意思就是“竖起大拇指”，为你点赞。如此传神，看一眼就能记住。

4 拉黑

黑名单blacklist既可以作为名词，表示“黑名单”，还可以作为动词，表示“拉黑”。

拉黑你的前任绝对是给现任证明爱意的最佳方式。



5 转发

社交媒体中常见的还有转发，如果是转发推文或者帖子到朋友圈、微博这种公开的空间，常用repost，re-作为前缀，表示“重新...”。forward所指的转发是指在对话框转发给好友，而不是转发到朋友圈这种“转发”。

6 屏蔽

与上面相比相对温和一些的“屏蔽”——block。例句：He posts too much every day. I want to block his moments.他每天发太多东西了，我想屏蔽他的朋友圈。
