| well, i think smooth talk might be not accurate, but accurate expressions would most probably cause more breaks or pauses of the talk. for a casual chat accuracy might be not so important while for a formal or official talk or statement accuracy is much more important. so it depends. |

| i'd would rather be more fluent than accurate.when you talk, they won't enjoy waiting before you find perfect words or expressions.so basically,if you expect your speaking is effective fluency is necessary.of course the more accurate the better. it's very amusing and puzzling that you are very fluent in speaking but your expressions are all wrong andthey don't know what you are talking about.so be fluent and try to make your speaking logical. |
