Do the English speak English?

I arrived in London at last.

The railway station was big black and dark.

I speak English not only very carefully but very clearly.

很喜欢27课的内容，因为自己也是喜欢户外活动的，这里给大家点扎帐篷的经验【转帖】滴，实地扎帐篷时还是需要考虑许多现场因素滴。

扎帐篷前，应该先将选好的营地打扫干净，清除石块、矮灌木等各种不平整、带刺、带尖物的任何东西，不平的地方可用土或草等物填平。尤其应该注意，如果你是在野外扎帐篷，一定要记得观察周围环境和土地，打草惊蛇以及看看有没有洞或者虫子窝，你可不想在第二天出帐篷穿鞋的时候，倒出来一条蛇吧。

　　“露营营地的选择最为关键，这是确保宿营安全的根本。”河南户外救援队队长岁月无声与资深驴友春夏、紫月认为，选择露营营地时，一定要注意挑选近水近村、背风背阴、远离山崖、防雷防雨的地方。

　　露营休息离不开水，近水是选择营地的第一要素。在选择营地时应选择靠近溪流、湖潭的地方，以方便取水。但也不能将营地扎在河滩上，有些河流上游有发电厂，在蓄水期间河滩宽、水流小，一旦放水或者下暴雨，都有可能发生漫滩，一定要注意防范。

　　选择近村是在万一出现紧急情况时可以向村民求救。另外，近村其实也是近路，即接近道路，方便队伍随时转移出山。

　　在一些山谷、河滩上扎营时，选择一处背风的地方，尤其重要。背风时用火更方便，也更安全。如果需要居住两天以上时，最好选择背阴处扎营，比如，在大树下面及山的北面，最好是朝照太阳，而不是夕照太阳。这样，如果在白天休息，帐篷里就不会太闷热。

　　扎营时不能将营地扎在悬崖下面，这样很危险，一旦山上刮大风时，有可能将石头等物刮下，造成伤亡事故。

　　防雷，在雨季或多雷电区，营地绝不能扎在高地上、高树下或比较孤立的平地上。那样很容易招致雷击。

　　如果天气预报露营当晚有可能下雨，就应当对营地及帐篷进行必要的防雨处理，除选择好营地外，需要挖泄洪沟，加固帐篷并增强防雨性能，如可以在帐篷外加盖防雨塑料布、雨衣，将各种旅行用品放置在帐篷中等。

另外补充一点就是注意一下，迎风坡扎帐篷会有安全隐患，毕竟帐篷重量很轻。扎帐篷野营注意这点，搭帐篷如不可避免遇迎风坡，最好注意加固，用上抗风绳，不然帐篷上天了就惨了。

A wet night

What happened to the boys in the night?

Late in the afternoon the boys put up their tent in the middle of a field.

As soon as this was done they cooked a meal over an open fire.

They all hungry and the food smelled good.

After a wonderful meal they told stories and sang songs by campfire.

But some time later it began to rain.

The boys felt tired so they put out the fire and crept into their tent.

Their sleeping bags were warm and comfortable, so they slept soundly.
