Oversleeping赖床

We all relish an extra hour of rest on an occasional Saturday morning,

but researchers say oversleeping on weekends

can be a clue to the extent of the sleep debt you’re building up during the workweek.

If you sleep more than an hour late on weekends, try to increase the amount of sleep you get during the week.
