seems you have very good listening skills. i suggest you find some intermediate level listening materials. the material should be from native speakers, and should have script, and better to be interesting stories. oxford graded readers should be a good choice.

you can learn new word by listening:

1 listen to an article several times until u can repeat the sound of the new words

2 guess the meaning of the word first, then check it out in the script.

3 once you feel familiar with the sound of a word, it will be very easy to remember it.

谢谢你的建议，不过我这人没耐心这样练。我都是看美剧，带英文字幕的，一遍就过。

另外，BBC World的电视新闻我也能听懂大半了。当然了，还不认识的单词我是听不出意思的。

这10多天，放松了新概念二的学习，好像就学了两三篇，想哭啊，光顾看美剧去了。

新概念网上的录音效果太差了吧，比快速的BBC新闻还难听懂啊。

因为出差，一个多月没学英语，赶紧继续开始学。

啊，不止啊，又中断了2个月没碰英语。又要从中断的课文开始学了，生疏了好多了。
