Well, my family is going to go visit china and watch the olympics this summer, we are going to beijing, and shanghai, also some other place that i don't remember the name of.

Where do you guys suggest that we should go visit, also where in shanghai should we go?

the first considering should where will you live in Beijing, as I know, all the hotel don't have availabel room at that time

Beijing has lots of nice place you should visit, like the great wall, summer palace and it will be easier if you can find a native guide.

Guangzhou is also a good choice~

If you watch BBC program: Wild China, you'll find out where you want to visit. But for some places it may not the right time to visit, because there're going to be too many travellers at the time.

If possible you can go far away from those large cities. Some rural areas, mountains, rivers ... seceneries must be very different from your home town, a good chance to see.

Chongqingis also agood choice!
