*Note, even though we don't care too much about which sibling is the oldest, there still are some small distinctions.

1) The oldest kid is called "the eldest child."

2) My older Sis is called, "My elder sister."

3) My younger Bro is called "my little brother."

4) My youngest sibling is called the baby of my family no matter if it is a boy or a girl.

5) A"sibling" is a sister or brother.

6) Sibling rivalry is the natural fight between siblings for the attention of their parents. Sibling rivalry sometimes turns violent. Other times it just makes the children work harder so that the parents will be more proud of them than the other kids in the family.

1) 最大的孩子叫做“the eldest child”。

2) 我的姐姐叫做“My elder sister”。

3) 我的弟弟叫做“my little brother”。

Gordon: Yeah. He always fights with our Papa.

Molly : They have a real sibling rivalry going on.

Gordon: Sis, why don't we have a sibling rivalry?

Molly : Because I am better than you at everything.

Gordon: You can say that again. You are much better than me at acting stupid. Just kidding, Sis, I love you.
