China could have its second successive snooker world champion after Wu Yize came back from the brink of defeat against Mark Allen to win 17-16 in a thrilling semi-final decider on May 2.

"I feel I am still not recovering from the nerves," Wu, speaking through a translator, told the BBC. "I feel sorry for Mark. I felt like I was losing the match."
