你有没有在英文简历上写过 “leader skills”？

面试时说自己 “have strong leader skills”？

看起来没毛病，但实际上，native speaker 听了只会悄悄皱眉。

因为——“leader skills”并不是“领导力”的地道说法！甚至有点……中文直译痕迹过重。

正确表达是：leadership skills。



leadership 是“领导能力”的抽象概念，已经涵盖了 planning（规划）、decision-making（决策）、delegating（分工）、motivating（激励）等内容。它不是某一个技能，而是一系列软实力的综合体现。

如果你想表达“我具备领导力”，你可以这样说：

I have strong leadership skills.

我具备出色的领导能力。

I'm good at leading a team.

我擅长团队管理和协作。

I’ve demonstrated leadership in cross-functional projects.

我曾在跨部门项目中展现出良好的领导力。

英文自我介绍、面试或者邮件中，展示“领导力”不只靠词，更靠你讲的“故事”和“成绩”。比如：

During a tight project deadline, I coordinated a cross-department team of 12, and we successfully delivered the product launch two weeks ahead of schedule.

在一个紧急项目中，我协调了一个由12人组成的跨部门团队，并提前两周完成了产品上线。
