还有两个月，春节就要到了，能否抢到回家的火车票成为很多人的心头病。如今有了好消息！12306系统即将上线新功能，助力乘客抢票。



A new function of China's official train ticket booking website is expected to boost buyers' chances of obtaining a ticket during the upcoming Spring Festival travel rush, according to China Central Television.

据央视报道，春运期间，国内火车票订票官网的一项新功能将提高购票人买到车票的几率。

一直以来，春运期间火车出行“抢票”可谓令旅客头疼的大事，因为春运火车票真是太难抢了！



这在滋生黄牛党（scalpers）的同时，也为许多抢票软件（ticket-snatching software）提供了生长土壤。此次12306“候补购票”功能上线，有望缓解这一状况。

这项新功能由国内火车票在线订票系统（China's official online train ticket booking system）12306网站研发团队开发。据该团队技术带头人单杏花介绍，所谓的候补购票，即旅客如果遇到车票售完（tickets have sold out）的情况，在12306平台登记购票信息支付预购票资金后，12306系统将自动把退票分配给旅客（automatically allocate canceled train tickets to them）。

无论是购票速度还是得票几率（chances of obtaining a ticket），该功能都将领先于抢票软件，使车票更有效的分配到旅客手中，避免被恶意抢票、占票、囤票（hoard tickets）。

当然了，如果没有退票（canceled ticket）出来的话，旅客的预付资金也是会全额返还给旅客的（offer passengers a full refund）。

Shan said the new function, which is set to be rolled out in the upcoming Spring Festival travel rush, will help buyers obtain a canceled ticket faster than using ticket-snatching software.

单杏花表示，新功能将在即将到来的春运期间上线，帮助购票人用比抢票软件更快的速度获得退票。

此外，这项新功能还能使旅客省却重复刷新12306网站等候退票的麻烦（save passengers the trouble of refreshing the website repeatedly to wait for canceled tickets）。多数情况下，由于抢票插件（ticket-buying plug-in）速度更快，旅客无法抢到车票（fail to land a ticket）。

值得一提的是，随着系统、服务器等技术的升级以及资源的整合（integration of resources），23点后无法购票的限制或将一并取消。

虽然12306推出了实用的功能，但还是有准备的人才更能抢到火车票。2019年春运（Spring Festival travel rush）将于2019年1月21日开启，除夕（Chinese New Year's Eve ）的车票自1月6日可以购买，大家千万不要错过。

要想抢到回家的火车票，下面的时间点可得记好哦！



2019年春运将于2019年1月21日开启，到2019年3月1日结束。

2018年12月23日可以购买春运第一天2019年1月21日的火车票。

2019年1月6日可以购买2019年除夕（2月4日）的火车票。

2019年1月7日可以购买2019年春节（2月5日）的火车票。

2019年1月12日可以购买2019年正月初六（2月10日）的火车票。

2019年1月30日可以购买春运最后一天2019年3月1日的火车票。
