大家在学习英语的过程中，要注意介词at和in表示地点时的各自用法。虽然有时候它们互换，在语法上都正确，但是表达的意思可大不一样。

2 at the hospital
在医院工作或探病。
Lucy works as a nurse at the hospital.
Lucy在医院上班，是一名护士。
I visited a friend at the hospital.
我在医院看望朋友。
用介词at的时候强调医院这个地点
一般是探病或者上班。
3 at the end
表示空间/时间的尽头，具体意义。
The study is at the end of our hallway.
书房在走廊的尽头。
（指一个空间的尽头）
Marco Polo travelled through Asia at the end of the 13th century.
马可波罗在13世纪末穿越亚洲。
（指一个时间段的尽头）
4 in the end
表示终于、最终，抽象意义。
I’m sure we’ll win in the end.
我坚信咱们最终会赢的。
（这里的"最终"是一个抽象概念，没有具体时间）

at一般指具体地点，in表达在一个范围内。
