生产进度主要由PMC统筹计划安排，如果一个公司PMC和生产经理能成功的安排计划，各PO和各部门拼排做的比较好的话。生产就会比较畅通，那么跟单员和生产部门就比较容易做。

是的，我就是做生产计划和追踪各车间的生产进度的，PMC是个比较重要的部门。
