Is face-to-face communication better than other types of communication, such as letters, email, or telephone calls?

I think it is a good way to communicate with others by face to face.

you can try your best to communicate with your friend,and then you will show your all kinds of feelings.and then you will feel kindly and nutrually. you can resolve sth at once if you are a face to face communication.

we should wait a long time by telephoe or by email. it is not long time to get what you want to needif we adopt interviewing.don't u think so?

Mostly,face-to-face communication is better than other types of communication.But sometime,for somebody,no face-to-face communication,such as letters, email, or telephone call , is quite useful, even is the best choice for them then!

fact to fact of couse is a better way to communicate with others than other ways.people would pay more attention to people who standing in front of him or her especially Chinese people.For Chinese people has a long tradition on communication manners although there are more modern communication way than before.

i think face-to -face communication is better than other types of communication. because we can improve our english as more as possible.

face to face communication can solve problems immediately, and yes, naturally, but sometimes, it costs a lot, like internationl communication. if the case is not so urgent or important, we can use email or telephone. I like face-to-face communication by English, which can improve my English faster

I believe that the manners of communication are context-dependent or circumstance-independent. When it comes to serious things, like business negotiation, political summit, etc. For clandestein things that cannot be hacked or wiretapped by others, I think, face-to-face talk is much more safe. On the other hand, when it is somewhat awkward or shy to talk face to face, other types of communications, like e-mail, phone calls, letters, may be more comfortable and more acceptable. For example, many of us would, sometimes, prefer to apologize by means of e-mail, phone calls or messages.
