从意思上来说:

what is your brother like?你的哥哥喜欢什么?

he likes............他喜欢................

what does your brother look like?你的哥哥看起来像什么?

he looks like..............他看起来像............

look like和 like的区别:

be like 问性格

look like 问外貌

be like 范围更大一些，有时候既问性格也问外貌
