Do you often stay up? 你有熬夜的习惯吗?

熬夜使睡眠时间大大减少,大脑和器官得不到休息调整,给健康带来严重的危害。熬一夜损失的精力相当于连续登山一上午,由此造成失眠、健忘、易怒和焦虑不安等神经系统功能

紊乱,使我们的注意力、思考力以及心理承受能力明显下降。熬夜使皮肤水分流失,导致皱纹出现、皮肤暗淡、长暗疮、黑眼圈,对视力也很有影响。你习惯熬夜吗?为什么熬夜?有什么办法使我们重归规律的生活?


Staying up will reduce your time for sleeping and result in inefficient rest and adjustment of brain and organs, which will cause severe harm to your health. Staying up the whole night will take as much energy as when you climb the mountain. The disorder of the nervous system, such as insomnia, absent-mind, irritation and anxiety will ensue, reducing the attention, thinking, and mental ability. As for the skin, it will cause the water loss, wrinkles, gloomy skin, acnes, and black circles and have effect on eye sight as well. Do you often stay up? What is the reason for that? What shall we do to return to the regular life?

To be honest ,I used to stay up quite frequently several years ago ,for work ,study and enjoy myself on net surf.Unsurprisingly,sometime Icould stay up so late till 2.00 next morning.Despite this , I still counldkeep my abundant energy to meet next day's work .

These two years,I was told that more and more people ,like relatives ,friends ,other concerning cases found through media methods , suffering a lot of diseases caused by staying up :( As we know ,to compare with fortune,beauty, social position,etc. Health should be ranked No 1.Without health ,everthing is nothing.

Unfortunately ,everybody knows but seldom follows.:(With the rapid developments of the modern tech,the ever-increasing conveniences which do more good for us,sure enough,do harm for us at the same time,especially for our health.

Everyone knows that how to develop a good habit. Sleep earlier and get up earlier.Keep our diet orderly and normally.Do proper exercises for keeping our energy.

Above these ,sufficent sleeping is the key point.Peculiarly for girls and ladies who 'd like to be young and beautiful . The first killer for ur lacking of beauty is actually the shortage of sleepling ,understand this ,plz correct ur bad ones and adapt the very good ones.

I often go to bed late. Now I know it is harmful to my healthy. I am trying my best to go to bed early and get up early.

i have suffered from insomnia recently.I toss and turn in the night and just can't fallasleep.because i can't resist the temptation of the website,i stayup late every night.

now, my body feel not very well so i decide to lead a regular life to keep healthy.

Generally, I sleep at 1 o'clock. It becomes a kind of habit.

At evening, I may do some work or see passages about my major. Also, I spent much time at English Home and English learning.

Now I promise go to bed earlier.

I stayed up late when I was yong, especially when I was in the high school, not for study but for chatting with friends. At that time I never fell asleep until the next morning. Now I never do that again because I want to keep healthy.

Stay up is not good habit for healthy, but the situation for stay up is not depend on us.Some time is for work, but no matter how the too many work need to do we need control our habit for our health.

I'v suffered from insomnia for sevral years,which may results from my living habits.BeforeI get to sleep,I have to deal with my study and work which cost much time during the night.However, I have been doing my best to find a way to my regular life,because I want to be healthy.
