Git Fresh is an American R&B and Hip-Hop group based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They were discovered and established by their manager Jonathan Wright. They are currently signed to Island Records. The group is compromised of Rudy (Rude Boi), Brent Pendergast (Penny), Mike Espinosa (Mike Ezay), and Sly (Pretti Sly). They were formerly known as Deep Side.
The group started out and formed when all the band members were in their teenage years, singing at talent shows and parties around the city. With the exception of Pretti Sly, they all went to Dillard Performing Arts School and have been working with each other for years. They were discovered by their manager Jonathan Wright when Rude Boi, Mike Ezay and Penny performed one night on stage at a high school variety show. Wright offered them a development deal on the spot. Formerly signed to Jive Records, the group formerly known as Deep Side changed their name after splitting from the label.
At the end of 2007, the group left Jive and signed to Def Jam. Mike Ezay said that this was their new beginning and Git Fresh is as energetic as they've always been. So So Def/Island Urban President, Jermaine Dupri was one of Git Fresh's early fans and brought the band to NYC for a showcase with Island Def Jam Chairman L.A. Reid. Having formed their own production company called the Studio Monkeys, the group immediately retreated back home to begin recording their self-titled debut.

haha! honey tom, don't be dizzy, u should try to taste other styles of music...
I think music can express our feelings which're not only one, so sometimes we need soft music but sometimes we need the fast & strong rhythm to burning the emotions.
