loneliness and alone

Even every introverts  know the feeling of loneliness , and there's root different between loneliness and alone  

alone is a state of being by oneself without others around ,actually  can be a healthy phenomenon ,every one needs a little time away from others to plan ,consider ,and simply to rest ,loneliness is completely a different matter .

while it's normal to feel loneliness and isolated from time to time ,too much loneliness can be unhealthy and dangerous ,Numerous studies linked excessive ,ongoing feeling of loneliness and isolation may lead to depression ,mental illness ,and even physical problems such as insomina ,diabetes, high blood pressure ,and heart disease 



the good news is ,loneliness can be fought and overcome , when you feel lonely you can do below nine things to make  you feel healthier and integrated ,and less painful for alone .

this may sound disingenuous ,but walking has proven to offer many benefits both for the  body and the mind
