I also work on night this week. The equipment of the thirteenth line has been in great trouble from 2:25 to now (when we are off duty). The suppliers are checking the reason to cause the trouble.

Also, our foreman from our team must be leave to tomorrow to report the accident to our team leader, so he still stay in office now for dealing with the trouble.

He will leave office after tomorrow, and he will hand over his job to me, let me to lead our team. So I am thinking how I deal with this kind of question if I meet it after he leave. Am I adequate to this work? Can I overcome all the difficulties? How should I do? A serial of questions occur in my mind now.  I must have a good think about the questions I mentioned above.

So I must do the mind preparation, and how to solve this kind of trouble when I am charged with our team?

I hope I can solve it smoothly when I encounter it. At best, this kind of questions should not be happened when I lead this team.
