Hangzhou is increasingly becoming a hot spot forChinese graduates returning from overseas, with anaverage annual salary of 282,800 yuan, a whitepaper released recently said. The white paper wasjointly issued by Liepin Overseas and ProvidenceAcademy at the 2020 Chinese Overseas StudentsConference held in Hangzhou earlier this month.
本月初，在杭州召开的“2020中国留学生论坛”上，猎聘海外、埔思学院联合发布《2020中国留学生发展白皮书》。白皮书显示，杭州正日益成为最受海归留学生欢迎的城市之一，这一群体在杭州的平均年薪达28.28万元。
In Hangzhou, salaries for such grads increased nearly 32 percent year-on-year, the highestamong all Chinese cities, followed by Beijing, which saw a 30 percent year-on-year rise,according to the 2020 China Overseas Students Development White Paper.

Nearly three-fourths of grads who return from overseas are aged between 25 and 35, and nearlyfour-fifths have master's degrees or above.

Business administration and finance are the two most popular majors among those grads,according to the white paper.

Nationwide, higher-paying jobs in security and rapidly developing internet-related industriesare first choices for returned grads.
