珠峰登顶测量任务完成

The Chinese team tasked with remeasuring MountQomolangma successfully arrived at the summit andconducted a series of surveys on the pinnacle of theplanet on Wednesday.

5月27日，我国珠峰高程测量登山队成功登顶珠穆朗玛峰并完成峰顶测量任务。

The surveyors used a global navigation satellitesystem receiver, a gravimeter, snow-depth radar anda meteorological measuring instrument todetermine the height of Qomolangma.

测量队员们使用了全球卫星导航系统接收机、重力仪、雪深雷达和气象测量仪器进行测量作业。



Innovations applied in the latest survey include the application of the Beidou-3 NavigationSatellite System, domestic surveying equipment, the airborne gravimeter and 3D interactivevirtual reality.

本次珠峰高程测量应用的创新科技包括北斗三号卫星导航系统、国产测绘仪器装备、航空重力仪、三维交互虚拟现实等技术。

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the first successful expedition to Qomolangma fromthe Tibet side and the 45th anniversary of China's first accurate measurement ofQomolangma's height.

今年是人类首次从北坡成功登顶珠峰60周年、中国首次精确测定珠峰高程45周年。
