Will you accept the employment of “zero-salary”?

The report on employment pressure of the college students graduated in 2010 reveals that for the group who graduated from technical college or those with bachelor’s degree, 18.5% and 20% of them respectively have accepted job of “zero-salary”, while only 1.2% college graduates took that last year. Many people say that they will take zero-salary job when they can improve their ability, gain experience, or get development in the long run. The chief of the Beijing Youth Pressure Administration and Service Center Xiong Hanzhong declared that it proved that the attitude of the college students’ is more flexible and pragmatic than ever before.

it's better to say that those young people have no better choices than to say that they are flexible minded. no one would like to accept a job of zero-salary if they can be well-paid .

if i were confronted with this situation, i would take a job where i could improve my professional competence, gain and accumulate experience with a hope thati would be capable of securing a better job in the future.

i think young people should not pay too much attetion to how much they earn at present. the more you do and the more experience youget now, the better you will be paid in the future.

after reading the article,i think i can't acceptjob of “zero-salary”. first salary is a base of life,second salary is the value of a worker,third salary also is a motivation for a worker.take me for example,i am graduated from shcool,and i don't want to rely on my parents any more,i want to earn by myself,if i find ajob of “zero-salary”, can i live?i can't.and how much i earn can embody my value and i can also increase my confidence,similar if the boss promise to raise my salary,i will work hard to obtain it.may be i like this work,but i can't live if i have no money,may be i don't request to increase salary,but evething is rising in price,i will live in a poor life,and have little movivation to work hard.however i can join in public welfare thing in my spare time,this is different from“zero-salary”job,just a thing that i can do that dosen't exceed my abitilty.

I can't accept zero-salary job. I would stay at home if I can't get any money.

In my opinion, that depends.

I will accept the zero-salary job only when I just graduated from school, and if the job can earn us much valuable experience , improve our ability ,chatacter, or can live our dream. In addition ,the period of zero-salary job will be not last too long to that we cannot suppout our living.Although money is not everything , without money we cannnot live in society.

Before we find a well-payed job ,we should sharp our ability ,have good communication skills , parctise our major first , which will enable us to a good job in future and that is the first step to success.
