武汉大学口腔医院7月27日发布情况通报：

近日，患者何某雨在我院接受正颌手术的报道引发社会关注。我院高度重视，已成立专项调查组开展核查，目前，当事医生已停诊配合调查。对核查中发现的问题，我院将及时整改，并依法依规追责问责。



On Monday, the Hospital of Stomatology Wuhan University said that it has suspended a doctor and launched an investigation after a patient's complaint over orthognathic surgery drew widespread public attention.

The hospital said it had set up a special investigation team to look into the case, adding that any problems identified would be promptly addressed and those responsible held accountable in accordance with the law.

据深圳广播电视台《第一现场》报道，武汉24岁女孩小雨称自己为改善轻微地包天做正颌手术，反成“鞋拔子脸”（此前报道）。

According to previous media reports, the 24-year-old female patient underwent orthognathic surgery at the hospital in 2025 to correct a mild underbite, but said the procedure instead left her with a severely altered facial appearance.

近期小雨反映，她2025年在武汉大学口腔医院接受正颌手术后出现严重并发症，多方医疗机构评估认为该手术存在误诊、过度医疗、术中操作失误、术后护理疏漏等多项问题，但她维权至今始终未能得到妥善解决。

She later developed serious complications. Evaluations by several medical institutions, she said, identified problems including misdiagnosis, overtreatment, surgical errors and inadequate postoperative care. The patient added that she has yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.
