CCTV: Today marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the CPC. Over the past few days, political parties and leaders from many countries have expressed their congratulations on this occasion. They speak highly of the achievements under the governance of the CPC, noting that China’s development provides opportunities and useful experiences for the world, especially the Global South, and China’s visions and initiatives offer practical solutions for tackling global challenges. What’s your comment?

郭嘉昆：今天上午，庆祝中国共产党成立105周年大会隆重举行。习近平总书记发表重要讲话，全面回顾总结了105年来中国共产党团结带领全国各族人民走过的光辉历程、创造的伟大成就，深刻揭示了中国共产党之所以能够不断铸就辉煌的优秀特质和关键密码，号召全体中国共产党人坚定信心、接续奋斗，不断创造无愧于时代和人民的新业绩。

Guo Jiakun: A gathering in celebration of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held this morning. General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered a speech in which he looked back on the remarkable journey and great achievements of the Chinese people of all ethnic groups rallied and united by the CPC, and spelled out the defining qualities and crucial code of success that have enabled the Party to achieve one milestone after another. He called on all CPC members to stay firm in convictions and forge ahead to accomplish new feats that answer the call of our times and live up to the expectations of the people.

正如你提到的，多国政党政要和各界人士以各种方式祝贺中国共产党成立105周年，高度评价中国共产党成立以来始终以人民为中心，坚持实干兴邦，不断自我完善，领导中国人民取得经济社会发展伟大成就，为世界和平与发展作出重要贡献。事实证明，中国共产党领导的社会主义中国，被公认为世界和平的建设者、全球发展的贡献者、国际秩序的维护者。

As you mentioned, political parties, leaders and people of various sectors from many countries have expressed congratulations in one way or another on the 105th anniversary of the founding of the CPC. They spoke highly of how the CPC has always put the people front and center, taken solid effort to rejuvenate the nation, constantly improved itself, led the Chinese people in making great achievements in economic and social progress, and made important contribution to world peace and development. The socialist China under the leadership of the CPC is widely recognized as the defender of world peace, contributor to global development and upholder of international order.

百年大党恰风华正茂。新征程上，一个方向正确、步伐坚定的中国将继续高举和平、发展、合作、共赢旗帜，弘扬全人类共同价值，推动构建新型国际关系，推动落实四大全球倡议，与各国共同构建人类命运共同体，携手开创人类更加美好的未来。

The CPC at 105 is right in its prime. On the new journey, China, taking firm steps towards the right direction, will continue to hold high the banner of peace, development, cooperation and win-win, carry forward the common values of humanity, promote the building of a new type of international relations, work to deliver on the four major global initiatives, join hands with all countries in building a community with a shared future for humanity, and jointly open up more promising prospects for humanity.

伊朗声像组织记者：中国如何看待美国解除对伊朗制裁？北京方面是否在积极推动这一进程？为期60天的石油制裁豁免期已经开始执行，中国政府和企业正采取哪些措施适应当前形势变化？

Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting: I have two questions. The first one is, how China is viewing the U.S. lifting of sanctions against Iran? And if Beijing is actively supporting the process to end these restrictions against Iran? The second question is, as the 60-day oil sanctions waiver period unfolds, what actions are the Chinese government and companies, state-owned and private, taking to adjust to the shifting landscape under the current situation?

郭嘉昆：中方一贯主张对伊朗的单边制裁应该早日解除，希望美伊双方共同落实好已经签署的谅解备忘录，继续推进谈判，推动伊朗问题早日实现全面政治解决。

Guo Jiakun: China always believes that the unilateral sanctions on Iran should be removed at an early date. We hope the U.S. and Iran will jointly implement the memorandum of understanding, which has already been signed, and move the negotiations forward to promote a comprehensive political solution of the Iran situation at an early date.

澎湃新闻记者：据报道，针对洪都拉斯外交部近日称未同台讨论“复交”及中方回应，台湾外事部门发言人称，台对“重启”同洪关系持开放态度，不预设前提。中方对此有何评论？

The Paper: It’s reported that regarding Honduran foreign ministry’s recent statement that it did not discuss “resuming diplomatic ties” with Taiwan and China’s response over the matter, the so-called spokesperson for Taiwan’s “foreign affairs office” said that Taiwan is open to “restoring ties” with Honduras without preconditions. What is China’s comment?

郭嘉昆：我们注意到洪都拉斯政府此前已就相关问题作出澄清，让赖清德当局的“谎言外交”暴露无遗。我们要强调的是，“台独”分裂逆流而动，不得人心，注定失败。中方愿在一个中国原则基础上，推动中洪关系不断向前发展，更好惠及两国人民。

Guo Jiakun: We notice that the government of Honduras has made clarifications on relevant issues, laying bare the DPP authorities’ deception-based diplomacy. Let me stress that the “Taiwan independence” separatism, running counter to the overwhelming trend, wins no public support and is doomed to fail. China is ready to promote China-Honduras relations and bring more benefits to our two peoples on the basis of the one-China principle.



日本时事通讯社记者：关于中日关系我有三个问题。第一，关于在大连的日本公民被采取强制措施一案，目前案件进展如何？当事人是否已被正式逮捕？第二，对于中方出口管制规定，除大连这个案件外，是否还有其他涉及日本企业或公民的案例？第三，近期中方的一些做法让外界觉得不够重视中日经贸关系。在当前形势下，中方是否愿意进一步推动中日经贸关系？（日本广播协会记者亦问及第一个问题）

Jiji Press: I have three questions on China-Japan relations. First, regarding the Japanese citizens who were placed under compulsory measures in Dalian, what is the current status of the case? Have the individuals been formally arrested? Second, concerning the export control regulations, apart from the Dalian case, are there any other law-enforcement operations involving Japanese companies or citizens? Third, certain actions taken by China recently have given some people the impression that it does not attach high importance to economic and trade relations with Japan. All things considered, is China willing to strengthen economic and trade ties with Japan? (The first question is also asked by NHK.)

郭嘉昆：关于第一个问题，有关案件正在依法办理中。

Guo Jiakun: On your first question, the case is being handled in accordance with the law.

关于第二个问题，中方主管部门依法查处违法犯罪案件。日方应该教育提醒在华日本公民和企业遵守中国法律法规。

On your second question, the competent Chinese authorities deal with illegal acts and criminal offences in accordance with the law. The Japanese side should remind its nationals and businesses in China to comply with Chinese laws and regulations.

关于中日经贸关系，建议你向中方主管部门提问。事实上，中方主管部门已多次阐明了立场，你的这个印象是不正确的。中方已经多次指出，当前中日关系面临严重困难，根源在于日本执政当局在涉及中国台湾和军事安全领域的一系列错误言行，责任完全在日方。我们也想请你问问日本为政者，能否尊重中国核心利益，停止干涉中国内政；能否恪守中日四个政治文件精神，维护中日关系的政治基础和经贸合作的必要环境；能否反思纠错，以实际行动展现推动中日关系重回正轨的诚意。

On China-Japan economic and trade relations, I’d refer you to the competent authorities. In fact, the competent authorities have made China’s position clear on many occasions. What you just said is not the truth. China has said more than once that the root cause of the serious difficulties in bilateral relations lies in the Japanese authorities’ erroneous remarks and actions on Taiwan and in the fields of military and security. The responsibility rests solely with the Japanese side. Why not ask those running the Japanese government whether they will respect China’s core interests and stop interfering in China’s internal affairs; whether they will honor the spirit of the four political documents between China and Japan and safeguard the political foundation of China-Japan relations and foster an enabling environment for economic and trade cooperation; and whether they will do serious soul-searching and demonstrate the sincerity to bring the bilateral relations back to the right track with real actions.

法新社记者：巴拉圭外长称，只要不要求与台湾“断交”，巴愿与中国开展贸易合作。外交部对此有何评论？

AFP: Paraguay’s foreign minister said yesterday that the country is open to trade with China, as long as it does not have to sever ties with Taiwan. Does the foreign ministry have a comment on this? 

郭嘉昆：中方已经多次就有关问题阐明立场。巴拉圭政府和领导人应顺应历史潮流和人民愿望，早日站到历史正确的一边、站到国际社会绝大多数国家的一边，作出符合本国根本和长远利益的正确决断，不要再自陷孤立。

Guo Jiakun: China has made its position clear on relevant issues on many occasions. The government and leadership of Paraguay need to ask themselves what the people want, what best serves Paraguay’s fundamental and long-term interest and where the arc of history bends, and decide whether they should stop being on the wrong side of history and join the overwhelming majority of countries instead.

凤凰卫视记者：近日，瑞士国际管理发展学院发布2026全球竞争力报告，中国排名升至第十二位，中国香港升至第二。商界人士将中国形容为“全球最硬核的健身房”，认为中国在规模化、快速创新方面的独特优势，将成为“中国机遇2.0”的重要依托。发言人对此怎么看？

Phoenix TV: Earlier this month, the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland released its World Competitiveness Booklet 2026, in which China’s ranking climbed to 12th place, and China’s Hong Kong SAR advanced to second place. Those in the business sector describe China as “the world’s toughest gym,” citing China’s unique advantages in rapid innovation at scale as an important pillar for “China opportunity 2.0” in the future. What’s your view? 

郭嘉昆：从“世界工厂”到“世界市场”再到“创新高地”，中国竞争力持续跃升。这得益于稳定的政策环境，也依赖科技创新带来的澎湃动能。中国向全球提供更大“市场红利”的同时，也贡献了日益增多的“创新红利”。我们看到，越来越多外国企业来到中国，设立研发中心、地区总部，深度融入中国创新链、产业链，从“在中国生产”转向“在中国创造”。2025年，科研和技术服务领域新设外资企业1.4万家，同比增长了27.2％。在中国，各国企业能够快捷找到全流程合作伙伴，让创新变得更高效、更容易，不仅在中国市场获得成功，也提升了面向全球市场的竞争力。

Guo Jiakun: China has evolved from the “world’s factory” to “world’s market” and to “innovation powerhouse.” Its rising competitiveness stems not only from a stable policy environment but also from the momentum brought by sci-tech innovation. While China is providing greater “market dividends” to the world, it is also contributing more “innovation dividends.” As we have seen, a growing number of foreign enterprises have come to China to set up research centers and regional headquarters, and become deeply integrated into China’s innovation and industrial chains. This is a clear shift from “made in China” to “created in China”—in 2025, 14,000 foreign-funded enterprises were established in the fields of scientific research and technological services, up by 27.2 percent year-on-year. Here in China, enterprises from various countries can quickly find whole-process partners, making innovation easier and more efficient. This not only helps companies succeed in the Chinese market but also boosts their global competitiveness. 

放眼世界经济，创新是对抗下行压力、提升增长动力的重要途径。中国将坚定不移推进高水平对外开放，坚持与各国共享技术创新成果，欢迎各国企业抢抓“中国机遇2.0”实现向上突破，在开放合作中提升韧性，通过共同发展赢得未来。
