Beijing traffic police have issued administrative penalties to Chinese singer and actor Huang Zitao after a public complaint led to the discovery of multiple traffic violations.

近日，@北京交警 接到群众举报，在朝阳区将台西路，一辆悬挂外埠号牌的小客车涉嫌违法停车。接到举报后，@北京交警 迅速开展工作，将该车及驾驶人查获。

According to a statement released by authorities on Friday, officers received a report about a vehicle registered outside Beijing that was illegally parked on Jiangtai West Road in Chaoyang district. Police subsequently located the vehicle and identified its driver as Huang, 33.

经查，驾驶人黄某某（男，33岁）因违反停车规定、违反禁令标志指示及改变车身颜色未按照规定时限办理变更登记的违法行为，已被交管部门依法给予行政处罚。针对现场附近其他车辆交通违法情况，交管部门正在调查，将依法予以处理。

请广大交通参与者自觉遵规守法、文明驾车、规范停车，共同创造安全、有序、畅通的交通环境。

The investigation found that Huang had committed three traffic violations: illegal parking, disregarding prohibited traffic signs, and failing to register a vehicle color change within the legally required period. Administrative penalties were imposed accordingly.

Police added that they are continuing to examine other vehicles in the area for possible violations and will handle any infractions in accordance with the law.
