记者11月28日从吉林省文化和旅游厅获悉，吉林省面向全省义务教育学生，将2025年12月3日至7日设立为“冰雪假期”，同时鼓励职工带薪休假，并面向学生和家长出台多项优惠政策，努力推动冰雪运动普及与发展，繁荣冰雪市场。

Authorities in Northeast China's Jilin province will introduce a province-wide "snow break" for compulsory-education students from Dec 3 to 7, 2025, along with a series of preferential policies for students, parents, and employees, according to the Jilin Province Department of Culture and Tourism on Friday. The initiative aims to popularize winter sports, boost the ice-and-snow economy, and invigorate the winter tourism market.

此前，新疆乌鲁木齐、阿勒泰相继官宣12月初的雪假，算上前后周末，最长能连休九天，引发广泛关注。

The move follows similar announcements earlier this month by Urumqi and Altay prefecture in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, where students will enjoy up to nine consecutive days of snow break when adjacent weekends are included.

近日，《吉林省2025年“冰雪假期”专项工作方案》（以下简称《方案》）出台。《方案》明确，吉林省今年面向义务教育学生设立“冰雪假期”，不挤占寒暑假时间。“冰雪假期”期间，吉林省内具有合格资质规范运营的滑雪场、滑冰场、A级旅游景区，将推出对全省义务教育学校学生每天免费体验3小时，A级以上景区免费游览参观（限首道门票），陪同青少年学生上冰雪的家长享受雪票、首道门票7折优惠（单次优惠最高减免300元）等优惠政策。

According to Jilin's newly released snow break plan, the holiday will not affect regular winter or summer vacations. Students will receive 3 hours of free daily access to certified ski resorts, ice rinks, and class-A tourist attractions, while parents accompanying them can receive up to 30 percent off lift tickets and entry fees, capped at 300 yuan per visit.

吉林省文旅厅副厅长金振林说：“我们多次会商研究、政策调研、评估论证，借鉴其他地区经验，从假期时间、内容、配套政策等方面，兼顾学生、家长、企业及季节特点，研究制定了该方案。”

“今年的‘冰雪假期’，全省义务教育学校全部放假，学校不安排上课，不布置书面作业。”吉林省教育厅基础教育处副处长杨锐说，号召学校丰富活动载体，广大学生积极参与各方面实践活动，增强冰雪体验，促进学生健康成长。

Jin Zhenlin, deputy director of the Jilin provincial department of culture and tourism, said the plan balances students' needs, parents' schedules, and seasonal factors. Yang Rui of the Education Department of Jilin province added that schools will suspend classes and homework during the holiday, focusing instead on hands-on winter-sports activities to promote students' growth.

据介绍，为平衡职工“冰雪假期”时间安排，吉林省鼓励机关企事业单位职工带薪休假，陪伴子女参与冰雪运动、冰雪旅游、冰雪文化和冰雪装备等相关体验活动，支持职工在冰雪季通过“分段休假、错峰休假、合理调休、与节假日衔接”等灵活方式进行带薪休假。

To help families, the province is encouraging employees to take paid leave during the ice-and-snow season, using flexible arrangements such as staggered or segmented vacations, adjusted days off, or combining the break with public holidays so parents can participate in winter sports and related activities with their children.

今年3月，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《提振消费专项行动方案》，鼓励有条件的地方结合实际探索设置中小学春秋假。吉林推出“冰雪假期”也是结合其自身实际，除吉林外，多地也在结合实际气候情况探索推出冬季假期政策。
