11月2日，在第十五届全运会跳水项目女子团体比赛中，全红婵搭档王伟莹出战女团双人10米台，3跳稳定发挥，以235.86的总成绩排名第一，帮助广东队女团夺金。

Quan partnered with Wang Weiying in the women's team synchronized 10m platform event on Nov 2, delivering three steady dives to claim the top spot with a total score of 235.86. Their performance helped secure the team gold for Guangdong.

时隔183天再次亮相赛场的全妹水花控制依旧出色，和搭档王伟莹配合默契。颁奖时，全红婵低头久久凝视着金牌，还不停地抚摸。

赛后，全红婵发博表示：“我真棒。”网友纷纷留言点赞：“全红婵还是全红婵，辛苦了！”“我们继续赛场见！”

Marking her return to competition after 183 days, Quan demonstrated exceptional control over her entry splashes and strong coordination with Wang. 此前，广东队教练何威仪在采访中透露了全红婵的伤情。他表示，全红婵是带伤参赛：“全红婵现在的胫骨、踝关节都是受伤的，在坚持比赛，大家看不出来，其实她的身上都是肌贴，她是很难很难的，每天都是疼得不得了。”

11月6日晚，十五运会跳水项目女子双人10米跳台决赛在广东举行。陈芋汐/掌敏洁夺冠。广东队全红婵/王伟莹以311.76分成绩，获得第5，全红婵十五运会获得1金。

The women's synchronized 10m platform final on Nov 6 saw Chen Yuxi and Zhang Minjie take gold, while the Guangdong pair of Quan and Wang finished fifth with 311.76 points. Quan concluded the Games with one gold medal.

赛后，全红婵在接受采访时表示，谢谢大家关注跳水，无论输赢，自己都很开心。她还称，确实没跳好，虽然带着伤病但尽力就好，“受伤之后确实练得苦，因为你每天都带着伤病、脚痛去跳动作，脚也承受不住，也很痛。”

In a post-competition interview, Quan expressed gratitude for the public's support for diving and emphasized her joy in competing, regardless of results. "I didn't perform my best this time," she acknowledged. "It's been tough training with the injury — jumping with pain every day, putting strain on my feet. But I did my best, and that's what matters."
