A popular fried chicken vendor known online as "Chicken Chop Brother" from Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, posted a video on Wednesday thanking visitors from across China who had traveled to his hometown to try his famous chicken cutlets. In the video, he expressed gratitude for the strong support and apologized for the long queues under the hot weather.
最后鸡排哥说这几天工作强度较大，计划10月9日休息一天，今后会以更饱满的精神状态迎接后续的工作，并叮嘱大家回程时注意安全。
He said he would take a day off on Thursday to rest before returning to work, and reminded tourists to travel home safely.

记者查询天眼查发现，近日，景德镇市珠山区李俊永餐饮管理工作室（个体工商户）成立，经营者为李俊永（鸡排哥），经营范围为餐饮管理、食品销售。
