Recently, a financially aided student from the College of Media and International Culture at Zhejiang University gained public attention after sharing photos of his travels to various domestic and international destinations on social media.
According to a netizen's post accompanied by photos seemingly sourced from the student's WeChat Moments, the student has visited several tourist destinations since January. These locations include domestic cities such as Kunming, Lijiang, and Sanya, as well as international destinations like South Korea and Japan.

The incident has also sparked heated discussions on a campus forum at Zhejiang University. Screenshots of posts, allegedly made by the student himself, have appeared on the forum. In these posts, the author detailed his income sources, reasons for applying for financial assistance, and travel expenses.
On November 23, the College of Media and International Culture at Zhejiang University addressed the online discussion by issuing a statement. It announced that the student had been subjected to disciplinary measures and that his eligibility for financial aid had been revoked.
