●1. take the blame
●
(1) blame指“（对错误或坏事应负的）责任”
(2) take/bear/get the blame for sth.
表示“背黑锅，代人受过”

●

scapegoat源自《旧约》，在犹太教赎罪日的仪式上，
一只象征性地背负着犹太人民罪恶的山羊，
