在过去很长的一段时间里,人们都认为吃糖是引起肥胖、多动、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等的万恶之源,这使得很多人爱吃糖又不敢吃,或者选择添加人工甜味剂的无糖饮料。事实上,糖并不像你想的那么有害,今天我们就来给糖“洗刷冤屈”。While eating too much sugar is directly associated with obesity and a host of heart and liver-related problems, there are plenty of myths out there with a host of misinformation that oftentimes makes eating even moderate amounts of sugar sound worse than it is. After all, we do need sugar to live.
