Recently , the vessel departuring from SHA to Japan is always delay because of heavy mist in SHA , after tough communication , the customer said the forwader won't pay any extra cost due to the container delay which caused God disaster . I am so worried what I can do now ?

  All the things we can do is to track vessel status and push the forwarder in this case .

  All the painds I endure by myself , since the result is so uncertain , and I won't ask for help from top level until I get the clear instruction from forwarder .
