I entered our director's office and stood aside. I had lost my statement of accounts and I felt vrey upset. 'I have just used it,' I said,'but it's not there now.' The director was sympathetic, but he could do nothing. 'everybody is busy recently' he said, and he started to complain that there were too much work in the end of the year and was interrupted by a knock at the door. A colleague came in and passed an accounts book to me. 'I found it in my bag, your name is on it.' she said. 'well,' I said to the director,'It could be worse.'
