日管理儿童上网有新招

　　The Kyodo News Agency reported Tuesday that the rising number of children using the Internet has pushed attempts to regulate Web surfing by parents and children themselves, as proposed by teachers at a recent education seminar in Yamagata prefecture.
　　When children log online, their browsing histories are often unknown by parents, who thereby lose some control over their kids, one of the teachers explained.
　　Therefore, families and schools should cooperate to direct children's proper Web surfing. For example, setting time limits for Internet use, or tracking or restricting browsing using various programs.
　　After their parents installed tracking cards, some children reportedly began to be mindful of their online time.
　　The method also helps increase parents' Web knowledge, which is of vital importance for children to avoid being addicted to the Internet, the teacher added.

　　据日本共同社26日报道，由于上网儿童不断增加，日前在日本山形县举行的教育部门相关会议上，有教师介绍了由儿童和家长一起制定上网规则的尝试。
　　报道称，该教师介绍，许多家长对孩子上网感到不安，不能把握孩子上网情况，家庭内部也没有制定上网规则。他建议学校应该和家庭合作，让儿童适度使用网络。例如，制定“使用时间少于1小时”的规则，并制作上网检查卡片，让孩子和家长填写上网目的、使用时间和网址。
　　该教师说，有家长表示，填写上网检查卡片后，孩子开始在意上网时间了。他认为该方法“也有助于提高家长兴趣”。 并表示，为让儿童不成为受害者，信息教育非常重要。
